- Only item with major defect identified or wrong item delivered are allowed for return and exchange. Please contact us at Instagram Direct Message (@helocarmelo) or official email (enquiry@helocarmelo.com) for verification prior to making delivery of item to us.
- Item must be returned within 5 working days after verification via Instagram Direct Message (@helocarmelo) or official email (enquiry@helocarmelo.com).
- Item should only be returned via courier and tracking number must be provided.
- Do not accept any other forms of returns and/or refunds requested by customers upon receiving the item.
